- Pay: $35 per hour

A professional and loving family in Kings Langley are seeking a kind and nurturing nanny to care for their happy and peaceful 7 month old child.

Wednesday 7.00am - 7.00pm

Thursday 7.00am - 7.00pm

An ideal nanny would be experienced with babies and toddlers, active, energetic and genuine. A nanny that is open to engaging and having fun with the baby, spending time outdoors and providing stimulating and creative activities. You will need to be a native French speaking nanny and experience working with babies and toddlers is paramount for success in this role. A Native Mandarin, Italian or Spanish speaking nanny will also be considered for this role.

A nanny that is resilient, reliable and honest and can follow routines, as they evolve.

The role will consist of mostly caring for the 7 month old, additionally some light household duties, cleaning of baby's dishes and toys, cooking for the family, running errands, family laundry, baking and preparation of snacks for the baby and contributing to the smooth running of the household.

The nanny must be comfortable with pets as the family have a dog

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the child
- Follow the child’s routine on an hourly basis and as it evolves
- Play and engage age appropriate creative activities to assist in the child’s development
- Preparation of meals and snacks for the baby
- Cooking of family meals
- Outdoor play
- Assist with some light household duties
- Generally keeping main areas clean and tidy
- Family laundry

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 5 years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualification (Cert 3)
- Baby and toddler experience
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current working with children’s check number
- Display strong communication skills and speak French, English desirable but not essential
- To be fit, healthy and highly active
- Kind, Calm and Nurturing
- Honest and Reliable
- Non smoking
- Automatic Drivers Licence, clean driving record and own car
- Up to date with all vaccinations
- Current Police Check
- No criminal convictions in Australia or overseas

The family is open to the qualities that you may bring to this role and will be conducting interviews to recruit someone for their child immediately.
