**Sales Enablement Specialist / Manager** looking for something exciting to get your teeth into?

Want to join a fast-paced and growing sales team in either Sydney or Melbourne?

If so, this could be the role for you.

**About the role**:

- Develop and implement sales enablement programs and initiatives to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Create and manage sales training materials, including presentations, role-playing exercises, and product demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure sales teams have the most up-to-date and relevant information about our products and solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and report on sales enablement metrics, including training completion rates, sales productivity, and deal win rates.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales enablement programs and processes.

**About you**:

- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training
- Proven experience developing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others to drive results.
- Previous experience working in a start up, or early stage fast growth business
- Previous experience workin in a SaaS or Tech business.
