**Customer Delivery Driver - Southern Highlands Region (Bowral, Mittagong & Surrounds)**

**Job Type**: Guaranteed Hours | Weekly Pay

**About the Role**
We’re looking for reliable and motivated **Customer Delivery Drivers** to join our expanding team, servicing the **Southern Highlands**, including **Bowral, Mittagong and surrounding areas**. This is a great opportunity for someone based locally who’s after a **steady job with consistent hours** in a supportive, community-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely deliver groceries on time to customers in the Southern Highlands region
- Load and organise orders with care and efficiency
- Represent our business with friendly, professional service
- Work a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends (penalty rates apply)

**Requirements**:

- Full NSW Driver’s Licence
- RSAT certification (or willingness to complete it)
- Clear National Police Check
- Good road awareness and clean driving record
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reside in or near **Bowral, Mittagong, or surrounding Southern Highlands** (preferred)
- Delivery experience is a plus but not required

**About You**
You're **dependable, safety-conscious**, and ready to build a **stable career in last-mile delivery**. You communicate well, take pride in your work, and show up each day with a **professional, can-do attitude**. Whether you’re an experienced driver or just starting out, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.84 - $59.11 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
