PC Legal is part of the Procare Group, which employs over 400 people nation wide.

This role is predominantly an insurance litigation role but will also involve some commercial drafting. Experience with compliance advice is desired

**Day to Day**:
This is an opportunity for a **Lawyer/ Associate Lawyer** to be a pivotal member of our boutique legal firm, working as part of our team of experienced lawyers and exceptional legal administration support. You will report to and work collaboratively with our Managing Principal to ensure excellent service provision and outcomes for our clients.

In this role you will be expected to have the highest quality of delivery in your work and effectively and efficiently liaise with our **corporate and insurance clients,** ensuring a top-class level of legal service is provided. Experience within insurance litigation is a preference for this role but **we also believe in growing our teams' skills,** in areas such as commercial drafting and negotiations for our corporate clients and compliance work.

**About you**:

- Be eligible for a practising certificate and have layer or associate level experience;
- Have highly developed organisational and communication skills;
- Have strong attention to detail and demonstrated initiative;
- Be committed to delivering quality services;
- Be experienced and confident dealing with a range of interested parties;
- Be familiar with court process and procedure in NSW (knowledge of interstate court process and procedure highly desirable);
