This team is focused on ensuring enterprise business analytics and intelligence. We are looking for a data analyst to come join our team and help us with this mission.

As a data analyst, you will play a critical role in uplifting the data capabilities by designing and implementing data analytics solutions to address the business needs

**Core responsibilities**
- Translating business requirements into clearly defined data requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives, translate them into analytical questions, and deliver fit-for-purpose insights; perform the required business analysis
- Design, build & maintain enterprise level business insights dashboards and reports
- Build and manage **lightweight data pipelines** to consolidate and transform data from Excel and other business-owned source
- Clean, structure, and validate incoming datasets to ensure **analysis-ready outputs** with mínimal manual intervention.
- Design and implement appropriate data modelling.
- Build the business glossary/data dictionary
- Rapidly prototype visual dashboards and reports that align with business questions and user needs.
- Use iterative development approaches to refine insights and visuals based on stakeholder feedback.
- Document data assumptions, transformations, and limitations to maintain transparency and reusability.
- Programming required for visualisation
- Support ad-hoc analysis and decision-making through efficient data exploration and storytelling.
- Maintain a user-focused mindset with the ability to balance speed and accuracy in delivery.
- Proactively contribute towards data process improvements, data governance, data architecture and team process improvements
- Identify and recommend new data and analytics capabilities, tools and services that will enhance our overall data science capabilities.
- Ensure data quality leveraging relevant tools & techniques
- Deliver on responsibilities and tasks pulled in a timely manner

**Skills requirement**
- 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing data solutions
- 5+ years’ experience working with business reporting
- Intermediate to advance level in SQL
- Ability to understand data implementation challenges and being able to tailor the analytics solutions accordingly
- Experience working with complex business data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information simply and effectively.
- Excels at working either independently and in a highly-collaborative environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables, formulas, and data cleanup techniques).
- Experience in building lightweight ETL processes to consolidate data from multiple files or business-owned sources.
- Demonstrated ability to create interactive dashboards and prototypes using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Ability to implement the data modelling concepts and transforming raw data into usable structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings clearly.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and adapt to evolving business needs.

- Experience with Google Looker Studio
- Exposure to Python, R, or automation tools for data manipulation or reporting efficiency
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience in Lean-Agile Methodology
- Prior experience in implementing enterprise level dashboards
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Machine Learning and AI services experience (GCP in particular)
- Self-learner who is interested in keeping current with the changing data and analytics landscape.
