**The Company**
Our client is a highly successful and well-established Healthcare provider that specialises in the Aged Care and Disability sectors. The organization is national, growing and operates in a highly complex and regulated environment where client safety and business visibility is paramount.

Currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team who can efficiently organise, interpret, and report on data related to quality standards, sales and services, and compliance management.

**The Role**
- Design, develop, and maintain robust databases, including implementing efficient data collection systems to ensure seamless data management.
- Acquire and integrate data from diverse primary and secondary sources, employing meticulous attention to detail and data validation processes.
- Perform comprehensive data cleansing and normalization procedures to guarantee the information's accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Demonstrate expertise in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript, and utilize statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, or SAS to manipulate and analyse datasets effectively.
- Develop insightful reports, interactive dashboards, and visually compelling data visualizations to communicate key findings and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues within the reporting database environment, optimizing performance and ensuring smooth data operations.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, privacy standards, and security protocols, safeguarding confidential information and maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.

**About You**
A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics is a prerequisite, proven experience in Data Analytics (health sector highly desirable), strong BI skills (SAP, Business Objects, Power BI), SQL, Python or JavaScript. You will have the ability to compile user friendly reports for key stakeholders within the business.
