**About the role**

Lead the charge on smoking and vaping cessation at St Vincent’s Hospital. In this hands-on education and clinical support role, you will:
- Design and deliver group programs, one-to-one interventions and educational resources.- Train and support staff on nicotine replacement therapies and best-practice cessation strategies.- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to improve impact and compliance.- Act as a clinical resource, keeping policies aligned with the latest evidence.- Champion hospital-wide smoke-free and cessation initiatives.

**About you**

You’re passionate about improving health outcomes and helping people quit smoking and vaping. You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, counselling, psychology, nursing or a related field.- Demonstrated experience in tobacco or nicotine vaping cessation and brief interventions.- Strong communication, training and data-analysis skills.- Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.- A current non-smoker/non-vaper status — modelling the healthy behaviours you promote.
