**Our Client** is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Officer to join their dynamic team. As a Client Services Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Specialized Business Channel Support**: Provide dedicated support to specific business channels as directed, including healthcare, major retailers, warranty, and hospitality sectors.
- **Return Authorization and Credits**: Process Return Authorizations and Credit Memos, managing the documentation and communication process effectively.
- **Order Tracking and ETA**: Provide customers with accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and Order Tracking numbers, ensuring transparency and reliability.
- **Collaborative Communication**: Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Client Services Coordinator, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Business Managers, keeping them informed of concerns, issues, and opportunities.
- **Systems Proficiency**: Engage effectively with various systems and processes, demonstrating adaptability to new challenges and situations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Utilize exceptional knowledge of the companies products to confidently support customer and consumer inquiries, including Major and Independent Sales Orders and Warranty claims.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- **Customer-Oriented Background**: Previous experience in a busy customer-oriented data-centric environment with a focus on high levels of consumer interaction.
- **Organizational Effectiveness**: Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and database systems, ensuring efficient handling of data and processes.
- **OH&S Compliance**: Understanding of relevant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent communication skills to interact across multiple barriers, resolving conflicting needs of internal parties efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Strong time management skills, allowing for the timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to new situations and challenges in a calm and timely manner, ensuring smooth operations.
