Bring your specialist Project Online skill set to the table for a three-fold role including initially to administer and support current BAU activities, then assist with data migration activities into the new tool (not selected yet) and build reports using Power BI.

The Senior EPMO Tools Analyst is responsible for managing and administering the Portfolio and Project Management (PPM Hub) tool. The PPM Hub solution comprises of Project Online, Share point and Power BI. The role is also responsible for managing the integration of data from various other IT systems into the tool and continuously reviewing and improving data quality and integrity.

**Essential requirements**

Experience in Technical support for PPM Hub (Project Online)

Demonstrated Experience in Microsoft Project Online and Project Desktop, Office 365 products such as SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Bi, Power Automate and Power Apps)

Experience with Azure and SQL Server databases

Demonstrated experience in system and process documentation

Experience in Data integration, analysis and building business intelligence reports using tools such as Power BI.
