**About Them**
A rich history of supporting the Melbourne community, this centralised service provider advises over 300 separate organisations and their Management on employee related practices. Highly appreciative of the specialist advice and support delivered by this ER team, you would be working with engaged Leaders committed to providing contemporary, healthy and safe working environments for their passionate staff.

**About the Role**
Reporting to a Team Leader, ER with specialist support also to the GM, ER on key projects, you will be helping to build capabilities of your stakeholders while also actively managing more complex employee related issues. The role is truly diverse in nature, extending beyond ER activities into broader business partnering duties including;
- Policy, legislation and Fair Work Act interpretation and guidance
- Active engagement with staff and managers on employee related matters
- Supporting role in Enterprise Bargaining processes and implementation
- Ensuring employee related documents meet contemporary and compliant standards
- Leadership training and upskilling on expected best practices

**About You**
To be successful in this position, you will have prior experience in an Employee Relations associated role, either within an ER/HR team or Employment Law related practice/consultancy, ideally with a passion for upskilling your stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple projects and activities effectively. An HR Business Partner with excellent ER experience would also thrive in this role. A strong customer orientation, high level of professionalism and a flexible approach is a must. Qualifications in HRM, Business, Law, Industrial Relations or related fields would be ideal.
