**About The Role**:

- As a Completions Coordinator reporting to the Operations Manager, working with various stakeholders including the database update team, contractors, project managers and field team.
- You will play a vital role in coordinating the Practical Completion process for the ICF new shelters and exchange upgrades. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain As-Built documentation from subcontractors and internal work crews, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately collated and organised before submission for Practical Completion.

You will also manage project defects and assist Area Managers and Project Engineers in rectifying any issues that arise, ensuring that all projects meet their completion objectives on time and within budget. add working with various stakeholders including the database update team, contractors, project managers and field team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Obtain and collate As-Built documentation from subcontractors and internal teams.
- Organize and prepare documentation for submission for Practical Completion.
- Manage and track project defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and Project Engineers to facilitate defect rectification.
- Maintain clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders throughout the completion process.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of project status and completion progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the completion phase.

**About You**
- You will have relevant qualifications and experience in project coordination, preferably within the infrastructure or construction industry.
- You will also possess:

- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Good understanding of telecommunications infrastructure
