**The opportunity**

Right now, we have a Permanent Full Time opportunity for a Support System Analyst to join the Systems and Data Support branch based at Parramatta Office.

Reporting to Senior Manager Systems & Data Support, you will be responsible for supporting the client day to day operational issues, ensuring daily data loading activities, working with client to prioritize ticket backlog and deliver enhanced solutions, identify and deliver continuous improvements.

We work in a hybrid way, a mixture of working from home and in the office and offering flexible working arrangements with lots of benefits.

**What you will be involved in**:

- Bring technical and domain expertise to support solutions built using the BI technologies, tools and methodologies for the business.
- Maintain quality documentation of analysis, methodology and findings to ensure the provision of insightful, easy to understand reporting.
- Build and support flexible, adaptable, scalable and maintainable business focused technology solutions.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders in the delivery of new dashboards to drive actionable insights.

**About you**
- Strong experience working in SAP Data services, ETL and Oracle PL SQL, Tableau
- Experience working SAP Business Object reporting
- Experience working in production support, development, testing and deployment life cycles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to communicate with senior leaders and teams right across the Transport cluster

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($142,178 - $159,238) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
