**About the role**

Due to an internal promotion within Zip, we are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional administrative and organisational support to the Service Manager for Australia and New Zealand. As the Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Manager's daily activities, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and assisting in various projects that contribute to the success of our service operations.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, with previous experience as a Personal Assistant, have exceptional organisation skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Other responsibilities include:

- Manage the Service Manager's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, venue arrangements, and logistics
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, compile reports, and facilitate effective communication
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Support the Service Manager in tracking key performance indicators, monitoring service requests, and preparing relevant reports

**Skills & experience**
- Highly developed communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the Service Manager
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in a service-related industry is desirable
