As a **Warehouse Storeperson**, you will assist the team with day-to-day warehouse duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general warehousing duties, including picking and packing goods
- Handle receipt and dispatch of goods
- Assist with daily delivery runs
- Operate a forklift daily
- Liaise with office staff regarding discrepancies
- Manage the plant and equipment hire database
- Arrange courier requirements
- Ensure accurate deliveries by liaising with site staff
- Use the Company Sage database
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Perform driving duties as required

**Customer Service**:

- Communicate politely and professionally with peers, customers, and management
- Represent the company in a courteous manner
- Maintain personal hygiene and presentability

**Work Health & Safety (WH&S)**:

- Adhere to all WH&S procedures
- Ensure a safe workplace environment
- Take responsibility for personal safety on-site

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations
- Multi-skilled across warehouse duties
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Forklift operation within WHS guidelines
- Manual handling up to 20kg
- General computer skills
- Strong communication and liaison skills
- Current driver's licence
- Current truck and forklift licences (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience in a similar supervisory role (minimum 2 years)
