Job Description:
General Description:
The Customer Excellence Lead will be accountable for implementing the ANZ Sales Goals & Strategies and play a critical role in overseeing and developing the Clinical Business Manager (CBM) team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets while prioritising and enhancing patient outcomes through the promotion of BeiGene’s innovative medicines while driving positive patient outcomes.

This role requires a strategic leader who can elevate the team’s capabilities, foster collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution of BeiGene’s commercial strategy within the haematology -oncology space.

Role Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and develop the in-field commercial team to accomplish sales targets and drive positive patient outcomes- Drive sales force capabilities including strategically probing for impact, elevating unmet needs, managing constructive tension and communicating product strengths

Customer Engagement:
- Motivate the customer-facing team build and foster collaborative working partnerships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital systems.- Gather and analyse customer insights to inform strategic decisions and deliver impactful tactical programs that enhance awareness of BeiGene’s medicines.

Healthcare Environment Understanding:
- Identify opportunities within the healthcare environment, including within hospital systems, to overcome barriers and challenge the status quo.- Engage with external stakeholders to generate awareness of on-label access programs and prepare for new indication and product launches in haematology and oncology.

Account & Resource Management:
- Oversee the development of high-quality local account plans to guide in-field activities.- Manage the national sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation in alignment with business goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical colleagues, to implement adoption and advocacy tracking tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing, medical, and business insights, to co-design solutions based on customer-driven insights.- Engage in proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and ensure successful execution of commercial plans.- Define and monitor KPIs to drive product utilization, formulary listings and quality use of medicines- Ensure appropriate profiling and targeting of segmented customers, and implement adoption and advocacy tracking tools in collaboration with marketing and medical cross-functional colleagues- Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance team performance, career development, and familiarity with BeiGene’s product portfolio.- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product utilization, formulary listings, and the quality use of medicines.- Provide in-field coaching to gain commitment and build familiarity with BeiGene’s medicines.- Lead the creation and execution of training programs to enhance team performance and career development- Monitor performance metrics and develop sales incentive plans in partnership with the Head of Business Insights.

Qualification Required:
Education / Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree- Proven track record of leading in-field teams within the pharmaceutical industry
