**About the Role**

Are you passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces? We’re seeking a dedicated Facility and Grounds Officer to join our team, responsible for the general maintenance of the interior and exterior of our Consumers' Homes. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment and have a knack for hands-on tasks, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting general maintenance tasks such as rubbish collection, light bulb replacements, and fire alarm battery checks.
Performing grounds maintenance to ensure a tidy and safe environment. We’re Looking for applicants with experience in building and grounds maintenance, including gardening.

Key Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with staff at all levels.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools and maintaining confidentiality.
