Our work encompasses every part of our State; from our cities to our regions, connecting and strengthening community.
We value diversity and inclusion and foster an environment of collaboration, flexibility, and support for our people.
The Opportunity

Project management experience and a sound understanding of road maintenance or infrastructure, including the issues, risks, trends and directions in the field.
Experience developing maintenance programs and working closely with contractors to deliver them.
Knowledge of contractor conformance requirements, performance and operational standards, and safety and environmental plans and specifications.
An understanding of quality and risk management principles, relevant legislation, and regulations that affect this work.
You're confident working under limited direction, planning and coordinating technical operations, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and making well-informed decisions. Your interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills allow you to give clear, concise advice, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts. Above all, you're committed to delivering excellent outcomes for customers, stakeholders and the community.
