**Work.**

We have an exciting max-term opportunity available for a Resourcing Advisor to join our People and Change (P&C) team for 18 months. Reporting to our Resourcing Business Parter, you will partner with business leaders across Sunwater to provide full end-to-end recruitment processes including strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing the offer and background screening processes.

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in recruitment. Experience working with or within a government owned corporation within the water/utilities industry will be advantageous. You will need to demonstrate your ability to engage and influence at all levels including having:

- well-developed capabilities in coaching and providing advice to stakeholders
- experience working with recruitment systems including ATS (PageUp preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Seek Talent Search
- strong experience developing talent pools to enable optimal selection decisions
- ability to work within a fast-paced internal recruitment environment
