**About the Role**:
To manage the Finished Goods PSI process to optimise stock holdings within the budget. Act as a partner with Sales and Marketing and other key stakeholders within the business to improve the efficiency and output

of the overall planning process. Liaise with stakeholders and other suppliers to ensure timely placement and delivery of Purchase Orders, and Logistics on stock-related issues.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To provide management guidance and operational support to the Supply Chain Team
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure stock holdings are aligned to service level, targets, and optimized within budgetary constraints
- Responsible for the development and execution of the Finished Goods demand and supply plan, including the timely placement of required purchase orders
- Primary point of contact for planning issues regionally with internal stakeholders, and locally with third-party vendors
- Prepare and lead monthly meetings with HO senior management team
- Arrange and consolidate Major Deals demand forecast from Regional branches
- Monitor and maintain inventory holdings within budget guidelines
- Provide coaching and training to fellow team members to ensure cross training is carried out and to assist in peak work periods

**To be successful in this role**:

- Minimum 3 years in finished goods planning role ideally with a global organisation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory role
- Planning and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in MS Office - advanced in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Analytical interpretation and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of procurement concepts, processes, activities and trends
- Effective negotiating skills
