We are a family-owned business that is very much part of the community. Little Hen Organics is a small supermarket with everything from fruit, grocery, vitamins & supplements to homewares etc, but at the core **we are organic and we provide specialty foods** for people who have dietary restrictions or simply looking to make a change in a positive direction, **Customer service is key**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives, campaigns and events aiming to build positive awareness, drive customer traffic and retail sales.

Provide strategic and marketing direction on the business plan and manage a promotional budget

Directly influence in store experience, shopping habbits

Work with store manager, owner, and Buyer to co-ordinate marketing campaign strategies

Manage digital marketing,

Improve and create more interest in our social media

Work with community and become an ambassador

Liaise with customers and representatives from industry
Be creative,

Measure outcomes, deliver reports, and present to stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

**What we are seeking**

This is a pivotal role to this smaller business.

An experienced, passionate, fast paced high energy person required.

You're happy to be the marketing department,

Coordinator/Manager and ability to manage a marketing budget.

You will have the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, have strong communication and demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.

Experience with Local marketing and in store retailing.

Attention to detail

Work with a small business budget

Ability to think outside the box and problem solve

Organisation and able to prioritise your time
Proactive approach to your workload

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
