**How will I help?**

As our Digital Vendor & Commercial manager, you will be p rovid ing support to the Vendor & Commercial Lead with strategic commercial activity across the Chief Digital Office (CDO) for customer and supplier engagements, partnerships, and teaming arrangements.

You will also be responsible:

- Analysing, advising, and supporting with structuring and negotiating commercial agreements in line with CDO objectives, and policies of the Westpac Group
- Provide commercial advice on the impacts of financials and contractual risks & mitigants to Digital stakeholders
- Support with the Management of material and major commercial agreements in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Day to day monitoring and management of partnerships, their SLAs, risks & governance required for business as usual activity
- Maintain & improve vendor processes that adhere to Westpac Outsourcing Framework whilst allowing agile service delivery in a complex ever changing environment
- Partner with Group Procurement to ensure the appropriate Procurement sourcing methodologies are followed
- Undertake due diligence, researching vendors capabilities and developing relationships with vendors to assist the CDO in achieving its strategic objectives

**What do I need?**
- Experience and knowledge in commercial acumen and a proven track record in influencing senior stakeholder
- Experience in designing financial and contract terms to suit specific products and financial targets
- Manage vendors at the operational, commercial, and strategic levels
- Experience managing partnerships, day to day and management of the regulatory requirements, risks and governance required for CDO
- Knowledge of defining the business requirements through an RFI/RFP while influencing stakeholders across sourcing, legal, external customers and suppliers to achieve the desired outcomes
- Experience in negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities
- Skilled ability to support Lead, contributing to the overall goals of CDO
