We have multiple roles across our business that all work collaboratively, from Office and Sales and our experienced Install and Service Teams.

RJ Garage Doors is an industry leader in the sales, installation and servicing of garage doors, gates, and automation across a huge range of products/brands.
An opportunity has arisen in the RJ Doors Team, for a mobile garage door Service Technician to perform installation and maintenance of automated solutions. This is a fast-paced position with no two days ever being the same.

As a mobile garage door Service Technician, the position will focus on installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining automated garage door and gate solutions all over Melbourne, whilst providing a high level of customer service to our customers.

To succeed in this position you will need excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to understand technical diagrams and documents, and be confident relaying this information to others. You will be self-reliant, able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills.

**Selection Criteria**
- Previous experience in the Garage Door Industry is preferred or from a similar industry
- Current and valid driver's licence
- Good Communication; language and literacy skills
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a small team
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Customer service and sales
- Mechanical qualifications/knowledge and aptitude highly regarded
- Welding knowledge and skills highly regarded
- Electrical
- diagnostic skills and abilities highly regarded
- Rotating evening and weekend coverage are required
