Building and Development Compliance Officer

As part of our Building and Development Compliance team, you will primarily conduct development compliance investigations, as well as enforcing compliance of various statutes and local laws.
A current and valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence is essential, as this role requires site visits on a daily basis. Experience in a compliance role is desirable, as is previous experience in a local government.
- Sound negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Sound analytical and decision making skills.
- Practical experience in compliance / enforcement
We are offering a gross salary of **$83,781** per annum and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5% resulting in a total of 22%
- Flexible working arrangements, including a 9 day fortnight and two additional paid days of absence per annum
