We are looking for motivational, innovative, flexible and creative people to join our Belmont Team. The role will provide flexible supports based upon the individual needs of people with a mental illness, their families and/or carers.

**There is no ‘typical day’ but it may include**
- Supports with developing skills and abilities to maximise their capacity to live in the community
- Supports to develop/maintain skills required for daily living, social interaction, and increase their participation in community life and activities.
- Supports to families and carers of people living with a mental illness and skill development opportunities to fulfil their caring role, while maintaining their own health and wellbeing.
- A trip to the local shops, doctor or community based activity (e.g. local swimming pools)
- Checking in and engaging with your team (we’ll give you a phone to do this)

**Not going to lie, it can be tricky at times. So a positive attitude, compassion and resilience is a must have Our team will provide you with the necessary training and support to ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning of your Avivo journey**

**You'll need**:

- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous work experience supporting customers with Autism / Mental Health is desirable
- Values that align with ours
- Availability to attend training during the week
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to help ensure our customers receive flexible and individualised support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to problem solve, think creatively and find innovative solutions

**What’s in it for you?**
- An hourly rate starting from **$30.46** per hour plus super and afternoon/evening shift loading, weekend penalties and all leave accruals
