Marson HealthCare Service Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Belmont WA 6104. As a part-time Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised care and support to our elderly and disabled clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and engaging clients in recreational activities to improve their overall wellbeing
- Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring clients' health and safety
- Collaborating with the broader care team to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinate client-centric care plans
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with industry standards
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of care

**What we're looking for**
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability Support
- Demonstrated experience in providing personalized care and support to elderly or disabled clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and care
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others and a commitment to upholding the company's values
- A current driver's license and reliable transportation to access client homes
