We're a full-service digital marketing agency and we're in serious expansion mode - here in Australia and overseas.

We're a team of young and friendly, results-hungry and data-driven digital marketing professionals. And we're looking for someone who understands digital marketing, and is a consistently high performer in terms of (a) achieving personal targets (b) leading and inspiring a team of sales-hungry BDMs and (c) delivering on the planning and reporting side of things.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Developing the 12-month operational plan for sales, activities to achieve goals and targets, and reporting on progress
- Leading and managing the sales team, with accountability and responsibility for achieving company growth targets eg responding promptly to inbound leads (appointment setter, website, SEO, paid ads and self-generated), nurturing robust sales pipelines, updating the CRM in real time
- Continually reviewing individual and team performance, the business model and end-to-end processes eg business growth, customer metrics, sales dashboard/traffic light report, and opportunities for improvement
- Training, motivating and leading the sales team to achieve company, team and individual KPIs eg scheduled team updates, planning sessions, KPI reviews, and regular one-on-ones with each team member
- And, of course, leading by example by consistently achieving your personal targets.

**So you'll need to have...**
- A deep understanding of the sales mindset/techniques/processes, digital marketing products/services and managing/leading a team - this probably means at least two years' experience
- The ability to perform consistently, and help others to do the same
- Excellent English speaking/writing ability
- A willingness to work onsite and maintain a culture of 'growth and excellence' within the team.
