San Pancho is a vibrant and authentic Mexican taqueria in Marrickville, Sydney, serving up fresh, bold flavors and good vibes. We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team, ensuring top-quality food, efficiency, and an amazing experience for our customers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high food standards
- Train, mentor, and support the kitchen team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
- Work with the team to improve processes and keep things running like a well
- oiled taco machine

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
