**The role**:

- Manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns from end to end.
- Lead the execution of performance strategies across high volume account.
- Liaise closely with Content, SEO, Programmatic teams to deliver on campaign vision.
- Offer training and development to direct reports within the team.
- Maintain relationships with Google Facebook, and other external publishers

**Your experience**:

- Minimum 6+ years of Paid Search & Paid Social experience, within agency.
- Experience with Programmatic, as well as recommending digital attribution and channel mix strategy
- Experience managing performance budgets, including forecasting and invoicing.
- A keen eye and ability to interpret data and identify key trends.
