**Division specifics about the graduate role**:
Upon joining the Bank you will begin your learning journey with our global orientation, followed by professional skills training and technical financial training.

During your first year with us you will benefit from a graduate learning journey, comprising both technical and professional skills training, further enhancing your learning experience. As part of the role you will support the origination, development, due diligence, approval, and monitoring of loan/financing transactions in the energy, metals/mining and related infrastructure sectors.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team with your day-to-day tasks to include credit analysis, modelling and risk management of new and existing transactions. The role will be dynamic and you will have exposure to clients and live transactions from the initial stages.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing support to the deal teams in the origination, structuring and execution of transactions (including preparation of information memoranda, term sheets and financial models).
- Provide key support in conducting the necessary due diligence on transactions and counterparties.
- Responsible for the preparation, submission and presentation of credit proposals and perform credit risk analysis.
- Support the implementation of transactions with various teams including legal, distribution and credit solutions, collateral management and operations.
- Provide support for the origination of a pipeline of natural resource finance deals with the Corporate Bank’s core clients.
- Support in the monitoring of deals throughout deal
