Hiring Areas
**Trade Finance & Lending**: Trade Finance & Lending Sales originates and executes bank guarantee and lending facilities, export credit agency, natural resources, working capital and renewables financings for large corporate clients and subsidiaries of the banks international clients. The role will support the team to originate, structure and execute the transactions, requiring collaboration with global and regional teams. This will include the preparation of term sheets/ pricing, conducting detailed due diligence and working with financial models to prepare credit proposals, supporting the implementation of the transaction and ongoing monitoring of the portfolio.

**Coverage**:Our Coverage team manages the Corporate Bank’s key client relationships across the full suite of Corporate and Investment Bank products. The team works with a range of clients including ASX-listed corporates, the subsidiaries of multi-national corporations, alternative asset managers and non-bank financial institutions. The role will support the team to manage and grow business with existing clients as well as originate new transactions in growing sectors such as renewables and energy transition. This will involve understanding client’s requirements and structures (know-your-customer), preparing presentations and credit proposals, and interacting with product partners to solve problems and deliver solutions.

**About the role**:
Your training starts with a local cross-divisional induction followed by an invaluable Global induction (later in the year) that will give you a broad understanding of our business. Our senior leadership will share their vision for Deutsche Bank with you.

After that you will participate in our Divisional Technical Training and Professional Skills Training as part of a 12 month comprehensive continuous learning journey, with opportunities for networking throughout and a supportive wellbeing programme.

Then you'll work alongside, and learn from, exceptionally talented colleagues in a friendly, supportive culture where people are open and approachable. Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help our clients achieve their financial goals. We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.

To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:

- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025.
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
