**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow existing relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out new clients
- Provide expert advice and recommend financial solutions to meet clients' needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and delivery to clients
- Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date advice
- Meet or exceed agreed targets and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Native level fluency in Mandarin and excellent communication skills in English
- 3+ years' experience as a Relationship Manager in Corporate/Institutional Banking
- Strong understanding of financial products and services and an ability to identify new business opportunities
- Sound knowledge in syndication/corporate lending
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
