**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a **Trainee Store Manager** based in **Canning Vale**for a motivated and career orientated professional to learn all facets of the business. Working across Trade Sales, Design and Customer Pick Up. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail store team - reporting to the Store Manager.

**This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a rotating roster which will include some weekend work.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Assist with leading retail team members in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
- Assisting with loading customer orders
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide retail solutions
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player that has a passion for retail sales
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
