Are you organised, motivated & have a passion for cars & leadership? Bridgestone Select have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team in Canning Vale

**Bridgestone Select **have a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, career focused and hands on **Store Manager** to join their team. As an integral member of our highly professional team, you will be responsible for leading the team by overseeing the sale of parts, accessories and labour to retail, and dealership customers.

To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to establish and maintain positive customer relationships, whilst continuing to grow our customer base. Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs.

**YOU**:

- Ability to produce a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations to maximise customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
- Excel under pressure, handling conflicting demands and schedule workload appropriately
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of parts management systems and catalogues
- Full WA Drivers’ licence is required
- ** Experience as a Store Manager is preferred but not essential.
