Located on beautiful Wurundjeri Country, Strathtulloh Primary School has been educating with HEART since 2022. We are a brand-new state of the art school, located in the suburb of Strathtulloh. We opened in January 2022 with 710 students already growing to over 1400 students and employing over 150 staff in 2025.
Our students are phenomenal and eager learners who are beautifully behaved and respectful. We are supported by families and a community which really values and supports education and our school.

**Selection Criteria**:
**KSC1.** Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with initiative to ensure the continuous, efficient and professional operations in the work environment, and to work proactively in a team to enhance work practices and relationships.
**KSC2.**Demonstrated experience in working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly when required.
**KSC3.**Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate efficiently with all members of a school community and to be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
**KSC4.**Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to promote the school through professional, proactive interactions with students, staff, parents, School Council, the wider community and Department of Education.
**KSC5.**Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines and display initiative and creativity.
**KSC6.**High level knowledge and experience in the use of and leading others in school based and system management systems CASES21, eduPay, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Compass to support the proactive and efficient function of the school.
**Role**:
Range 3 is distinguished by the introduction of management responsibility and accountability for the delivery of professional support services. The role will usually impact beyond the work area or professional field. It seeks to gain cooperation of other staff members or members of the school community to achieve specific objectives, such as in school administration, operations or educational programs.
Direction on targets and goals is provided but the position will have some degree of latitude in determining how they are achieved. This latitude will generally be limited by standard procedures and school policy. Deviation from standard procedures and school policy will require guidance and direction from senior management.
The provision of business management responsibilities becomes a feature at range 3. Management of staff to achieve the expected outcomes is a key responsibility.
