At ShopGrok, data is at the heart of what we do. Your main responsibilities will be working closely with our Sydney analytics team to collect, match and maintain retail product and pricing information in our dataset of over 100 retailers and over 2M products.

For this role you need to have a great eye for detail, excellent written and verbal English skills, strong data entry and spreadsheet skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Finding product matches among different data sources based on product attributes or other matching rules
- Reviewing product match suggestions side by side (Product name, brand, image and other attributes) to confirm if the products are a match
- Entering data into Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and searching e-commerce websites for further information for incomplete records
- Working independently and keeping the team closely informed as to project tasks work in progress

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy and experience using Google Sheets for data entry and basic calculation
- Experience using computer shortcuts to complete data entry tasks quickly (e.g switch between tabs, navigating around spreadsheets)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with e-commerce websites and an ability to search for products and identify key product attributes (eg size, colour, brand)
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Used to working autonomously
- Ability to work to time constraints
