**New ROADS** is a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing holistic and innovative drug and alcohol and comorbidity services.

**We provide 1:1 counselling, group work, case management and residential rehabilitation across our service.** We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is keen to join the team and provide the highest standard of client support.

This role will have a specialist focus within our residential rehabilitation service and In Home Detox, also engaging in outpatient case work and group work.

**This role is a Full Time Permanent role based in Adelaide CBD with outreach required.**
- _The New ROADS Case Worker role incorporates a diverse mix of responsibilities including:_
- office and outreach based, therapeutic and practical AOD services for our residential client group
- supporting people who are accessing our AOD residential program to make long term, healthy changes in their lives
- developing partnerships with the community to create better outcomes for clients and drive referrals into the service
- breaking down the stigma associated with AOD and mental health issues

**About You**
- You will possess the following -_
- Minimum Cert IV in AOD or equivalent education, or a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated professional experience in providing intensive support and case work with clients
- Experience working with internal staff and external stakeholders from other agencies
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of clients, community groups, and agencies
