Workers Compensation Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service throughout the process.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, their employers, doctors, and other medical professionals.
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
- Effectively set expectations, communicate, and educate injured workers and employers.
- Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work.
- Experience within NSW Claims management is required. Exposure to SA Claims management is beneficial.
- Professional experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
We have a comprehensive training program and ongoing coaching for those with experience, and those new to the Workers Compensation industry.
