**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Office Manager to oversee Raylex’s administrative operations and resources. This role is dynamic, multifaceted, and plays a key part in the organization’s operations. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Liaising with clients, addressing inquiries, coordinates deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication channels.
- Oversee or handle tasks such as processing orders, tracking stock, and assisting with stock takes.
- To manage accounts, process invoices, track payments, and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
- Onboarding, managing employee records, and supporting personnel activities.
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide essential administrative support such as preparing quotations or managing client data.
- Assist in daily office operations on the business and ensure functionality in all areas
- To take on bookkeeping responsibilities if and when presented with them and assume general admin duties

**Your Skills and Experience**:
To be considered for the role you should have:

- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational or leadership role.
- Proficient in computer use, analytical reasoning, project management, research, and record keeping. Experience with the current role of at least 2 years is a must.
- Exposure of four or more years working in a fast-paced or corporate setting.
- Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with experience in a sales-driven environment, along with strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.

**Experience**:

- Office Administration/Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Finance/Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
