Company

We are a Global Business leading the market with Australian made and owned dental restorative products, teeth whitening and small equipment. Founded in 1972, SDI products are now distributed in over 100 countries throughout the world. Our global head office and manufacturing plant is located in Melbourne with overseas branch offices and warehousing in the USA, Brazil and Germany.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Communicates with dental surgeries and ensures their needs are met
  • Answers product enquiries with the aim of increasing sales
  • Maintains and develops existing and new customers through planned individual account support
  • Liaises with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assists in carrying out direct marketing activities
  • Attends training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
  • Enters orders
  • Invoices
  • Enters data
  • Controls stock
  • Processes returns
  • Sales Reporting
  • Maintains and updates customer database using Act Software

Job Environment

  • The position is located at Bayswater
  • Working hours: 10 day fortnight
  • Local, interstate and international travel as required.

Essential Qualification/ Experience

  • Administration Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • SAP Experience is desired, however not required.
