An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is a permanent full-time position.**

The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

**What does the role look like?**
- Conduct period-end activities
- Prepare financial forecasting, including the provision of insights, trends and key drivers to enhance business performance
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
- Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth insights into performance
- Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business
- Provide support in process improvement projects

**Qualifications** What do we need from you?**
- Degree and CA/CPA qualified desirable (or working towards)
- Commerce/Accounting/Business or related Degree
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data - such as Excel & Tableau
- Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various levels of the business
- Previous FP&A and commercial analysis experience highly regarded

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation.
