**About the role...**
This position leads an integrated, adaptable and highly focused team that delivers best practice marketing, communications and activations that build trust, confidence and connection with our community and stakeholders.
The position requires a contemporary leader that is a highly organised and focused communications planner who facilitates an engaged, creative and integrated team environment. The role develops work practice and systems, and ensures the correct tools and platforms are in place, to enable the delivery of planned and impactful marketing, communications and events that have clear objectives and strategic alignment. In addition, the position understands the value of, and embeds into team practice, the use of data and insights to help design, plan and evaluate campaigns, plans, programs and events.

In addition, we are seeking applicants who possess the following:
- Extensive experience in leading and coaching high performing, highly engaged, resilient and integrated teams and driving a positive and focused team environment;
- Demonstrated ability to develop systems of work that enable and support a planned, integrated and responsive delivery of work (across strategic campaign delivery and operational delivery), while having agility to manage reactive opportunities.;
- Highly developed strategic marketing, communications and project management skills;
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating successful marketing and communication strategies and campaigns across platforms, channels and tools;
- Have an excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques, including leveraging events, to increase the visibility, profile and reputation of an organisation;
- Experience in using data and insights to drive and evaluate strategies, content, projects and service delivery;
- Exceptional and engaging verbal and written communications skills for different audiences and stakeholder groups;
