**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the ANZ Space Planner, you will collaborate and manage the space planning process for minor updates within the Skin and Hair categories.

Project manage the space planning process for minor updates within the Skin and Hair categories including:
- Serve as the primary liaison to brands and facilitate each minor update in coordination with the Category teams.
- Ensure completion of planogram submission. Ensuring all brand planograms, renderings & assets are accurately submitted within the outlined timelines.
- Build and maintain planograms within JDA/BY system.
- Maintain the product road map for Skin and Hair categories.
- Partner and work closely with the Category teams on launch detail and brand submissions, including attending Category X Space Planning meetings and advising on any delays and updates to planogram launches.
- Partner and work closely with the VM executive to ensure flawless planogram execution in store.
- Work and track across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of the annual space planning calendar.
**We would love to hear from you if you have**:
- Space Planning and/or VM experience
- Experience with JDA/BY software is highly desirable
- Experience in creating communication documents is essential
- Strong planning, organization & time management skills
- The ability to easily adapt and be flexible
- Ability to take on responsibility, work autonomously and be a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal & communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills and IT literacy skills
