We are seeking multiple casual Guest Experience Hosts to join our Guest Experience team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast.

**About the Role**
- As a Guest Experience Host, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and engaging educational experiences for our guests. This includes leading guided school tours, hosting sleepovers, and facilitating birthday parties

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead interactive and educational tours tailored to a range of age groups, from primary to secondary school students.
- Assist in the smooth delivery of special programs including school excursions, sleepovers, and birthday celebrations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our animals and their environments, with a focus on biology, ecology, and conservation.
- Provide consistently high levels of guest service to help drive satisfaction and meet customer experience KPIs.

**Please note** that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.

**About You**

To shine in this role, you will have a passion for customer service with a focus on fun and positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques. Most importantly you will have a real desire to learn and develop your career with a drive to streamline process and always look for improvements.

Prior experience in a similar position is preferable, and the desire and drive to work in the arts, entertainment and tourism industry is essential. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are also desired.
