**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- General overseeing of daily warehouse co-ordination
- Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Receipt and despatch of inward and outbound goods
- Responsibility of overseeing accurate stock levels
- Assist with drivers daily delivery runs
- Assist drivers and storemen as required.
- Assist drivers with loading/unloading trucks.
- Use of forklift on a daily basis.
- Liaise with office staff with discrepancies.
- Pick and pack goods
- Stack and wrap pallets for storage or loading on trucks
- Oversee all courier/transport requirements
- Liaise with site staff to ensure accurate deliveries when required.
- Ensure accurate inventory control
- Use the Company Accpac database.
- Assist with stocktake and reconciling inventory.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Ensure all WHS procedures are always practiced.

**Position Requirements & Qualifications**
- Carry out daily operations of the warehouse.
- Multi-skill across all warehouse duties and warehouse operations.
- Work effectively as part of the Warehouse team
- Operate a forklift within WHS guidelines.
- Manual handling up to 20kg.
- Operation and removal of pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations - minimum 2 years experience
- General Computer skills across Company databases.
- Knowledge of electrical/lighting products an advantage
- Ability to communicate and liaise with warehouse staff
- Current drivers license
- Current Forklift license
- Truck License an advantage but not essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisor role.
