the customer experience is exceptional Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Can you lead a team of passionate staff members and inspire them to deliver unforgettable experiences? Do you have a sound understanding of budgeting, analysis of financials and implementing operational strategies? You'll be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of this large venue; going above and beyond for customers, evaluating staff and venue performance, budgeting and meeting KPIs, collaborating with various Head Office team members and developing new menu ideas and organising special events. *WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU*
- Passion for the job and solid understanding of industry trends
- Ability to build and foster positive relationships in a large team
- Experience maintaining an amazing workplace culture
- At least two years’ experience of managing a fast-paced hospitality operation
- Experience running multiple departments
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
- Strong financial management skills
- Keen eye for detail and problem solving skills
