**Lead the Charge at One of WA’s Best American Dining Venues**
Born in New York and loved around the world, TGI Fridays has been delivering iconic food, legendary cocktails, and big-energy hospitality since 1965.
With 18 venues and growing, we’re looking for a **Venue Manager** ready to drive performance, culture, and guest experience at our Joondalup flagship venue.
**What You’ll Be Owning**:
- Full accountability for venue performance, including P&L, labour, and COGS management
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
- Drive operational excellence through consistent execution of brand standards
- Lead a flagship WA site with high guest traffic and brand visibility
- Partner with marketing and operations to grow revenue and elevate guest experience
**Who You Are**:
- A natural-born leader with 2-3 years of hands-on experience running dynamic venues
- Able to perform under pressure and manage high-volume service environments.
- Strong financial acumen, confidently analysing data to make smart, impactful decisions.
- Passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences, from flawless service to exceptional food.
