We are currently seeking a Claims Support Officer to provide support to the Personal Injury Claims teams through the execution of business support and customer service functions.

**This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will be full-time, based in Brisbane CBD.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for lodging Personal Injury claims.
- Investigate, gather and follow-up additional information to complete the lodgement
- Validate claim details for lodgement and refer to business partners.
- Manage complex escalations from business partners.
- Manage Insurance phone queues.
- Prepare, proof and despatch outbound correspondence in support of claim lodgement and claim management.
- Manage the request, receipt and dispatch of claim information such as medical records.
- Schedule independent medical examinations and other medical appointments and prepare and dispatch required documentation.
- Undertake review and audit tasks as directed.
- Perform general business support tasks as directed by leader.
- Maintain your own Enlighten data.
