**About the role**:
The duties of the role are varied but vital as it enables us to deliver on our customer service promises day in and day out.
**Your Specific Tasks**:
- General administration and office duties
- Create and distribute meeting minutes
- Co-ordinate management and team travel where required
- Control Agent & Outside Hire Administration, taking responsibility for maintaining all compliance & inquiries
- Vendor management and facility support in arranging maintenance
- Facility stationary and supplies, control and ordering
- Report on Service Quality KPI’s
- Support productivity management, work volume reporting
- Maintain training records to ensure compliance with due training for team members.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients
- Coordinate and maintain personnel files and any other HR/Recruitment documentation as required
- Maintain, monitor and create forms and register for document control
- Co-ordinate conferences, meetings and training sessions liaising with relevant management and staff
- Arrange first aid training for responsible site staff
- Maintain legislative requirements including reporting staff details to regulatory authorities
- Support regulatory compliance and licensing conditions

**Preferred experience**:
- Advanced computer skills especially in MS Office (in particular Excel - generating and running reports)
- Experience working in similar administration role
