**About the Role**:

- You will be undertaking end to end case management activities
- You will be obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively solve AAT matters at early intervention
- You will be preparing documents and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings
- You will responsible for assessing risk to all parties and providing recommendations for solution
- You will be preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping supporting decisions and outcomes

**About you**:

- You will have strong experience in end-to-end case management
- You will have previous experience in a legal setting and or/ with legislation
- You will have strong experience in conciliations, tribunals and hearings
- You will have leadership experience
- You will have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have the ability to conduct research and analysis
- You will have strong interpersonal skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- You will have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

**Benefits**:

- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance
- 12-month temporary assignment
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm
- APS5 - $55.24 per hour + Super
- APS6 - $60.26 per hour + super
- Brisbane CBD Location
