**What you’ll do**:

- Welcome residents, families, staff, and visitors with genuine care—both in person and over the phone
- Handle a variety of enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver a full range of front desk and administrative support services
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in every interaction
- Embrace and learn new technology systems as part of your daily workflow
- Communicate effectively across a diverse range of people and situations

- A strong sense of organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence with learning and using new technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
